We are developing digital services and continuing to serve customers remotely

In recent months, we have worked diligently on improving remote customer service, providing ample opportunities to communicate with the company and receive services remotely.

In order not to pose risks to the health of customers, AS Latvijas Gāze has decided to continue providing customer service remotely using phone calls, e-correspondence, the customer web portal and postal services. The Customer Service Centre at Vagonu iela 20, Riga, is closed for visitors. This decision was made following the recommendations of the law “On measures to prevent and overcome national threats and their consequences in connection with the spread of Covid 19” adopted by the Saeima, which recommends only renewing in-person services if it is not possible to provide them remotely. While the Customer Service Centre continues to work remotely, we ask clients to use our services electronically! For your convenience, several ways of communication are available:

  • starting from 1 June, a new helpline telephone number has been introduced — (+371) 67869866 as a replacement for the previous premium rate number 1855. (+371) 67869866 is the standard telephone number, and for most customers, according to their tariff plan, calls to this telephone number are free;
  • remote payment options have been expanded – AS Latvijas Gāze invoices can be paid on the website and customer web portal using bank payment cards;
  • payments, submission of meter readings – on the client web portal https://mans.lg.lv;
  • contracts – https://ligumi.lg.lv;

We can also be contacted by sending e-mails to info@lg.lv, sending a message on the customer web portal or by calling the helpline (+371) 67869866 on weekdays from 8:00 to 18:00.
