* Terms of Personal Data Use In our day-to-day business, we use your phone number to contact you regarding service and/or issues related to the contract. In addition, your phone number is used in our information systems to identify you when you call our Customer Service Centre and want to receive additional information about the services available to you, the performance of existing services, the quality of these services, and other related issues. Therefore, it is very important that we always have your correct phone number at our disposal. The purpose of this campaign is to verify the up-to-date accuracy of our customer phone directory. This campaign is organized by us, JSC “Latvijas Gāze”, with help from our trusted cooperation partner, SIA “TET”, which provides technical support for this campaign.
In order for us to carry out this campaign, during the preparation phase we need to process your identifying information and contact information so that we can select information from our information systems to be verifiable and/or updated. However, during the campaign phase only the phone number will be processed; this processing will be done in an automated and anonymous manner. At the end of the campaign, information about out-of-date and unverified phone numbers will be collected and deleted from our information systems.
