Registration and Logging in to the New Customer Portal

Registration in the customer portal is only possible after receiving accurate customer data (compliance with the authentication procedure) or correcting it on our customer database. How can I enter a contract on my behalf?

It is possible to register and log in to the customer portal for:

  1. the person who has concluded a contract with us - the contractor;
  2. a person added by the contractor as an additional user to his/her portal user profile;
  3. a person authorised by the contractor.

  • If you are a new user of the customer portal, you can register by e-mail, internet bank or eSignature. After filling in the registration form, you will receive a confirmation link to the e-mail address specified by you. To complete the registration, we kindly ask you to activate it. The registration process is completed. To log in to the customer portal, log in with internet bank, eSignature or e-mail and password. Welcome to the new customer portal!
  • If you have used the previous version of the customer portal (e-pakalpojumi), the first authorisation in the new customer portal shall be performed with your internet bank data or eSignature*. After successful authentication, you will need to fill in a form to clarify your contact information; we kindly ask you to complete and confirm it. Welcome to the new customer portal!

* If you do not have access to an internet bank or eSignature, to log in to the customer portal, it is necessary to send your signed application as a scanned or photographed attachment to the e-mail address: info@lg.lv. We will verify your personal data and create a portal user. We will send a link to the e-mail address provided by you, which will need to be confirmed by a certain time. By clicking on the activation link, a customer portal window will open, in which you will have to enter the password twice, which you will use for authorisation in the customer portal in the future. We kindly ask you to note that the processing of applications may take a longer time at the moment.

Add an additional user

If you want to grant another person the right to use your profile in the customer portal:

  • Log in to the USERS section of mans.lg.lv, press ADD USER and fill in the required data. You can choose what rights you want to grant this person – just to view invoices or to report meter readings.
  • If it is not possible to add an additional user independently, it is necessary to send an application signed by the contractor as a scanned or photographed attachment to the e-mail address info@lg.lv, indicating the rights you want to grant the additional user – only to view invoices or to report meter readings. We will grant the additional user the right to use your customer profile. We kindly ask you to note that the processing of applications may take a longer time at the moment.

An additional user will receive information to the e-mail address specified by you, confirming that an additional user has been added to the contractor's profile, as well as a link that shall be activated by the specified time.

Additional User Actions

By clicking on the activation link received in the e-mail, one will open the customer portal window, in which the password shall be entered, which you will be able to use as an additional user of the portal for authorisation in the customer portal. To complete additional user registration, we kindly ask you to perform authentication with an internet bank or eSignature, as well as fill in the contact information form. Registration of an Authorised Person

If you are an authorised person of the contractor, we kindly ask you to send the application signed by the contractor for the registration of a portal user or a copy of the authorisation as a scanned or photographed attachment to the e-mail address: info@lg.lv. We will check the data in our customer database and create a portal user. We will send you a link to the email address provided by you, which shall be approved by an authorised person by a certain time. We kindly ask you to note that the processing of applications may take a longer time at the moment.

The authorised person will be registered as the main user of the portal and the activities performed by the authorised person in the customer portal will be equated to the activities of the contractor.
