Due to the expiration of the term of office of three Board members in August 15, 2021, Latvijas Gāze makes changes in the composition of the Board which will take effect on August 16, 2021.
Under the Resolution of Council, dated May 12, 2021, Aigars Kalvītis, Deniss Jemeļjanovs and Elita Dreimane have been re-elected members of the Board of Latvijas Gāze. The current term of office of the fourth member of the Board – Inga Āboliņa - runs till August 16, 2023.
Aigars Kalvītis will continue as Chairman of the Board and Deniss Jemeļjanovs as the Vice Chairman of the Board.
In 2020, Latvijas Gāze group succeeded in attaining a positive result despite the challenges brought on by the market conditions. The Group’s net turnover in 2020 reached 190.5 million EUR, EBITDA amounted to 26.5 million EUR. The Group’s net profit for 2020 was 11.2 million EUR.
For customer convenience, in addition to the already existing types of registration, such as authorisation with Internet banking and eSignature, we have also made it possible to register by using an e-mail address and password.
Customers who have experienced a delay in receiving their annual consumption reports earlier this year will receive them by the end of March. These reports have already been sent to most customers. From 2021 Consumption reports will be visually and substantively different from those previously received.
