New online tool for paying natural gas bills by indicating the subscriber or contract number
To increase the number of payment options, we offer our customers to make payment by indicating the subscriber or contract number only. This is especially suitable for those who help their mothers, fathers, or grandparents by making payments on their behalf.
Payment of natural gas bills in Maxima stores
From the beginning of this year, customers of Latvijas Gāze can pay bills in the Maxima stores. We have noticed that customers appreciate this opportunity and willingly use it. Until now, bills could be paid at the store cash-desks, and in some stores, at the self-service cash registers as well. From 18 August, payment of Latvijas Gāze bills is available in all Maxima stores – both at the cash-desk and at the self-service cash registers.
Paying the bill is as fast and convenient as making daily purchases, as payment can be made by presenting or scanning (at the self-service cash registers) the barcode found on the payment document, as well as payments can be made both in cash and with a bank card.
Other payment options
Although we constantly increase the number of our payment options, customers can still use the payment methods available so far: payments via Internet banking, payments at Latvijas Pasts or bank branches, etc.

We remind you that the fastest and most convenient way to make payments for natural gas is through the Latvijas Gāze customer portal. In the customer portal, one can find the actual information regarding the payments made, as well as the current amount to be paid or overpaid is displayed. Making payments in the customer portal is free of charge, and you can make them anywhere and at any time.
