We modernise and develop the information systems of the company

We have launched the ambitious modernisation of the IT system, which is an important step in the development of Latvijas Gāze services.

In order to improve customer service and to be able to develop new and modern solutions, a new payment system, as well as a new customer self-service portal are being implemented. By improving our services to be more convenient, customer service is improved and developed.

We would like to draw attention to the fact that the transfer of customer data to the new payment system and the new self-service portal is taking place gradually. It was launched in spring 2020 and will be completed at the end of this year.

After the data transfer, everyone will have access to a new customer portal mans.lg.lv, where the payments and the submission of the meter readings are more convenient to carry out, as well as to check out the information regarding payments and reports. We have already expanded the possibilities of payments on the customer portal providing the possibility to pay by using the most popular internet banks, as well as payment cards. It is possible to pay the bill of another customer, for example, your parents, on the website of Latvijas Gāze as well.

Starting from 1 July 2020, new natural gas tariffs for households will come into effect, where the tariffs will be reduced by 8.3 % to 13,5% compared to the first half of 2020, depending on the customer's annual consumption of natural gas.
