We are currently receiving an increased number of incoming calls and emails, so the waiting time to connect with an operator can take an average of 15 minutes. We receive the most calls from customers from 10:00 to 15:00, so we recommend you call outside these hours. It takes approximately 10 days to respond to your emails, however, we will respond to every email we receive. You may find the answer you need in the Submission of Meter Readings, Payments, Tariffs, Frequently Asked Questions sections. We invite you to enter the customer portal, where the accurate information on the amount you need to pay is available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
