Extended customer portal functionality and improved design

In order to provide our customers with a more convenient use of services, a more transparent layout and more visually modern communication, we have worked thoroughly to improve the customer portal.

The site has a refreshed look, improved navigation, and a number of features that will make the user experience as easy as possible. For example, a new menu at the top of the page provides easy access to key information.

A new Contracts section has been created, in which information on valid contracts is available to household customers, with the possibility to change and update the method and address for receiving payment documents. In the Profile section, we invite customers to update their contact information.

Following a detailed audit procedure, EcoVadis, which is one of the world’s largest and most trusted providers of business sustainability ratings, has repeatedly awarded the Silver Award to the Latvijas Gāze Group. Compared to the previous year, the rating of this year has improved, surpassing the industry average by 9%.
