We invite customers with an e-mail address registered on the "mail.ru" platform to make changes to their contact information

In relation to the closure of e-mail platforms in Latvia, Latvijas Gāze invites its customers to change their contact information by indicating a valid e-mail address.

In early April, the National Electronic Mass Media Council (NEMMC) has decided to block a number of websites, including the e-mail platforms “mail.ru” and “yandex.ru” .

In order for customers with the registered e-mail address “mail.ru” or “yandex.ru” to continue to receive up-to-date billing information and reminders about reporting of meter readings, we invite customers to make changes to the “Contracts” section of the customer portal.

If you use the e-mail address “mail.ru” or “yandex.ru” as a username when logging in to the customer portal, we ask you to change it - in the “Profile” section of the customer portal.
