We are constantly improving our remote customer service, as well as we are taking care of customers’ convenience and service availability. We have already expanded the possibilities of payments in the customer portal by providing the possibility to pay using the most popular internet banks and payment cards. It is possible to pay the bill of another customer, for example, your parents, on the website of Latvijas Gāze as well.

In order to find answers to your questions as soon as possible, please use the customer portal or visit the Frequently Asked Questions section, which provides answers to questions asked by our customers. If you still do not find the answer, you can also reach us by sending an e-mail to info@lg.lv, by sending a message in the customer portal or by calling the helpline (+371) 67869866 on weekdays from 8:00 to 18:00.

Starting from 1 July 2020, new natural gas tariffs for households will come into effect, where the tariffs will be reduced by 8.3 % to 13,5% compared to the first half of 2020, depending on the customer's annual consumption of natural gas.
