Latvijas Gāze is the first company in Latvia, which published the Annual Report in 2021 in accordance with the new ESEF requirements. On 25 November, at the Nasdaq Riga seminar ‘Insider lists and ESEF requirements’, our Accounting Officer Olga Bobrova shared hands-on experience with iXBRL reporting.
Latvijas Gāze has introduced and implements an environmental management system, thus confirming the company's high standards, the purposeful reduction of its impact on the environment, and responsible management. The company has received the internationally recognised ISO 14001 certificate, which confirms that the environmental management of Latvijas Gāze complies with the international standards and best practices.
Due to the expiration of the term of office of three Board members in August 15, 2021, Latvijas Gāze makes changes in the composition of the Board which will take effect on August 16, 2021.

This Top helps companies gain insight into public opinion and find out how their brand is valued. In the process of creating the Top, more than 500 popular brands are researched and evaluated within different categories.
At the event, the journalists were informed that the clinical centre of Riga East University Hospital Latvian Centre of Infectious Diseases (LIC) had received medical equipment, devices and personal protective equipment which will modernise the care of patients with Covid-19 and other infectious diseases; the received equipment will provide additional safety for medical personnel and patients by reducing the risk of infection, as well as the reduced spending on personal protective equipment will save money in the long run.
